I can no longer keep my calendar in my head. Things just go too complex, so I use google calendar and my paper calendar. On my paper calendar I write which schools/which hours and my basics of other commitments. This is also my Pampered Chef calendar where I write host information and tasks I'm doing to do for my business.
I need to start a to do list and find a good app for that. I have school work, bible study work, Sunday School teaching/prep, housework, networking groups, doctors appointments now and again. I'm working toward having 3 Pampered Chef shows a week and bible study once a week.
How do you keep your calendar?

I use individual calendars for each role I need to keep track of, use Davd Allen's GTD system of brain dumps to write everything down and then plug those into my calendar.
ReplyDeleteDate dependant to dos are put onto the day in the appropriate coloured calendar as 'all day events', or booked in as appointments 2 -4 write blog post for business website.
Plus Evernote accepts emails, notes, maps, papers for work etc. all of which I can access from my phone, iPad and computer - or any computer with internet access.
Love being able to turn off one role's calendar if I'm not concentrating on that.
